I rode 5 miles today to get my legs back into shape after that 30 mile ride Saturday. I hope to ride 5-10 miles each night this week on my trainer so that I can do another longer run next weekend. I think I’m going to go ride at Oak Mountian. Seems like a good place to ride where I will not have to worry about getting hit by cars! To help with the saddle/seat problems, I went out and got some cycling pants with pads in them. Looks silly but worth every penny! I know May 19th will be here pretty soon, so I want to get a century ride under my belt pretty soon. Will write more later!
